You analyze how financial control works today, assess what changes may be needed, and develop a future target state that the business can make decisions on. • You are responsible for operational finance work related to the department's financial delivery.
• You conduct a review of current processes for financial control and follow-up.
• You analyze structure, responsibility, and working methods to identify areas for improvement.
• You drive and implement relevant improvements in close dialogue with the business.
• You produce recommendations and decision support for how the work should be shaped moving forward.
• You communicate conclusions and proposals clearly to various stakeholders.

• You have documented experience of similar assignments within the review or development of financial control functions.
• You have solid competence in economics and controlling.
• You have experience working both strategically and operationally.
• You have strong analytical skills and are accustomed to presenting conclusions and recommendations to various stakeholders.
• You have experience with SAP.
• You have very good knowledge of English.
• You work independently and structured and have a pedagogical approach in dialogue with the business.

• Knowledge of Swedish.
• Experience of change management with a good understanding of business needs.
